Insurance: The Company does not provide insurance for stored items. Customers are encouraged to obtain their own insurance.

Compliance: Customers must comply with posted rules, regulations, and Spanish laws.

6. Company Rights

Access: The Company may access units in emergencies or when legally required.

Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or other valid reasons.

Lien: If payment is overdue, the Company may place a lien on the stored items and sell them to recover outstanding fees, in compliance with Spanish law.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for:

Loss, theft, or damage to stored items.

Injuries sustained on the premises due to customer negligence.

Delays or interruptions in access caused by unforeseen circumstances.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
